Have been taking all my vehicles to dealership exclusively for last 12 years. Service has been consistently reliable and as timely as today's logistics systems allow. Personnel have always been courteous and helpful. Recommendations for service needs have been consistant with mileage accrued on the vehicles and helpful in planning for upcoming need. Costs are comparable with RELIABLE COMPETENT independent shops.

I purchased a vehicle, the next day the check engine light comes on and the vehicle went into safety mode. Three days later I was told the problem was fixed. I asked that the truck be pushed so the check engine light would come back on if not fixed. The next day the check engine light came back on and went into safety mode again. I returned it to service. Very customer service oriented but took longer than normal. One thing I noticed they are still referring as Mr Perez. I unable to give you a full five because after 11 attempts to correct my name in your system they still I refer to Mr Nazario which is my real name. I suggest you contact your IT department and ask for assistance.

Abraham was amazing! This dealership has a really great vibe, everyone there was terrific from the salesman Abraham to Clay in finance. It’s a no pressure sales approach, no forced add ons, it’s just different. I dealt with numerous dealerships in the area and was by far most impressed with these guys. The Cavender family has been part of our life since 1997. Relationship matters and I feel like family and am treated incredible every time I go for service or recently when I purchased a new vehicle!
